Kids Day is a free day of boating in New York Harbor.  It celebrates our city's great maritime tradition and spirit of generosity.

This celebration is made possible by yacht owners who donate their vessels for Kids Day.  Participating vessels are listed along with their sailing schedule here.

This celebration is for kids (defined as 18 years and younger).  Kids must be accompanied by an adult.  Because the number of berths is limited, only one adult is permitted per kid.  If possible, we encourage adults to bring multiple kids (but no more than 4 per adult).

To take advantage of this opportunity, just show up at the dock for the boat nearest you.  Space is limited on each boat and seats are offered on a first-come basis.  You can check with the boat for availability.  We encourage you to show up early in the day if you wish to get one of the spots.
